Do you sign a long-term contract?
Agreements run up to 12 months at the longest. Many accounts start month-to-month and move to an annual agreement once the cadence settles. Either way, if we are not earning the work, you can move on.
Are you insured for commercial work?
Yes. We are licensed, insured, and bonded in Oregon with general liability coverage. We can send a certificate of insurance to your facilities team.
Can you work after business hours?
Yes. Most office accounts pick an after-hours rotation so the building is clean before your team walks in the next morning.
