Hand-clear, then flush
Leaves and debris come out by hand. Then a full downspout flush so you know water is moving the way it should.

Any damaged sections, sagging brackets, or missed sealant get flagged in writing. Walkways, driveways, and patios get blown off before we leave.

How often should gutters be cleaned in the Willamette Valley?
Most homes need at least twice a year, once in late spring after pollen and seed drop, and once in late fall after the leaves come down. Properties under heavy tree cover often need a quarterly pass.
Do you haul the debris off?
Standard service includes blowing off your walkways, driveway, and patio after the clean. Full bag-and-haul of the debris is available as an add-on; ask for it in the quote and we will include it in writing.
Will you tell me if my gutters need repair?
Always. We flag damaged sections, missing brackets, or fascia rot in writing. We do not push repair work. If we cannot fix it, we tell you who we trust.
Do you clean or install gutter guards?
Both. Even good guards collect needles over time, so we lift them, clean underneath, and reinstall. If you want guards added, we install those too and quote it in writing.
