Walk the run
We walk every run of gutter, top to bottom, and identify clog points and damage before we start.
The Willamette Valley rains. A lot. Clogged gutters back up under your roofline, rot fascia, flood basements, and ruin landscaping. We clear every run, flush every downspout, and tell you if anything looks like it is getting close to failure.
We walk every run of gutter, top to bottom, and identify clog points and damage before we start.
Leaves and debris come out by hand. Then a full downspout flush so you know water is moving the way it should.
Any damaged sections, sagging brackets, or missed sealant get flagged in writing. Walkways, driveways, and patios get blown off before we leave.
Most homes need at least twice a year, once in late spring after pollen and seed drop, and once in late fall after the leaves come down. Properties under heavy tree cover often need a quarterly pass.
Standard service includes blowing off your walkways, driveway, and patio after the clean. Full bag-and-haul of the debris is available as an add-on; ask for it in the quote and we will include it in writing.
Always. We flag damaged sections, missing brackets, or fascia rot in writing. We do not push repair work. If we cannot fix it, we tell you who we trust.
Both. Even good guards collect needles over time, so we lift them, clean underneath, and reinstall. If you want guards added, we install those too and quote it in writing.
Most customers add a second service to the same visit. Save a trip charge and finish the property in one go.
