How long does residential window cleaning take?
Most single-story homes take one to two hours. Two-story homes with 25 to 40 windows usually run two to four hours. We give you an honest range in the quote.
Do you clean inside and outside?
Yes. Standard service covers interior and exterior glass on every pane. Sills and tracks are available as a detail package; just add it to the quote.
What about my screens?
Screens come off, get cleaned, and go back on. If we find any that are torn or sagging, we will mention it so you can decide whether to add a screen repair to the same visit.
Do you guarantee streak-free windows?
Yes. Spotless or we come back. We walk every visible pane before we leave so it is right the first time.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most Willamette Valley homes look best on a twice-a-year schedule, spring and fall. Homes near tree line or under heavy pollen tend to benefit from quarterly visits.
